Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 lb Velvetta - cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 bag cubed frozen Hash Brown Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the cheese, butter and milk over low heat until well blended - stir often. Place hash browns in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped onion over.
Pour melted cheese mixture over. Bake at 350 for 1.5 hrs or until golden brown on top.
