Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. corkscrew macaroni
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 15 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cook macaroni as directed. Brown meat, peppers, onion, and garlic in skillet. Mix in macaroni and tomatoes. Put in casserole dish, top with cheese. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
