Ingredients

  • 500 gm dates
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 23 gm coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp chia seed
  • 280 gm plain whey protein
  • Water as necessary

Preparation

Step 1

Process everything in food processor. Add water as necessary for texture.
Makes 20 in total....roll in ground almonds if desired
Store in freezer
