Ingredients
- 1 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 Can Creamed Corn
- 2 Cups Sour Cream
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbs. Sugar
- 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, corn, sour cream, eggs, and sugar on low speed until smooth. Blend in Jiffy mix. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown on top.
