Ingredients
- Pastry for 8" pie - double crust
- 2 tbsp flour
- 8 - 9 onions sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c sweet cream
Preparation
Step 1
pre-heat oven to 450
line pan with pastry
sprinkle flour over pastry
put onions in pan
dot with butter, salt, & pepper
pour cream over onions
top with pastry
bake at 450 for 10 minutes
reduce heat to 350 and cook an additional 30 minutes
