Strawberry Parfait Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
  • 1-1/2 cups quartered fresh strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in dry pudding mix until well blended.

STIR in 1 cup COOL WHIP; pour into crust.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries and remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
