Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1 -1/2 c. sugar
  • 4-1/2 T. flour
  • 3 c. rhubarb, cut up
  • 1 T. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and bake in 8" pie pan for 40-50 minutes at 425 degrees. May use a top crust.
