Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup honey
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
- 3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
- 2 (8 1/2oz.) can or 17oz. fresh crushed pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
Add honey to eggs; mix well
Add cream, salt, and milk. stir until well blended
Chill
Pour into freezer container; put dish and coer in place
Pack chopped ice and course salt around container, 4 parts ice to 1 part salt and turn dasher
when partly frozen, add coconut and pineapple
Continue freezing
Remove dasher
Pack in same ice mixture until serving time
