Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Phillips crabmeat
  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Old Bay, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt, and 2 cups of shredded chedder cheese together. Thoroughly blend.
2. Add crab meat and mix together gently.
3. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
