Low Cal Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • cup chicken broth
  • cup skim milk
  • cup part skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 tab. Grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fettuccine

Preparation

Step 1


Heat broth and milk. Stir in ricotta. Blend until creamy. Add Parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss cooked pasta with fresh sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
