Ingredients
- 1 bunch Swiss chard (chopped)
- 1 onion, chopped
- EVOO
- 3 lg eggs
- 3/4 c half-and-half
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 c grated Cheddar
- 1 pre-baked 9" piecrust
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook Swiss chard & onion in a lg skillet over med high heat until tender, 3-4 min.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs w/half-and-half; season w/salt & pepper.
3. Mix in chard & Cheddar.
4. Pour into piecrust & bake at 350F until set, 40-45 min.
5. Serve w/salad.
