Ingredients
- 3-4 cans beef broth
- 2 packets Italian seasoning
- 5 lbs sirloin beef roast
Preparation
Step 1
In a slow cooker put in roast, beef broth & seasoning. Do this the night before set cooking to low.
Next morning take out beef and shred then put the beef back into broth and simmer for another couple hours.
