Ingredients
- 1 T EVOO
- 1 T butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 – 1 1/4 lb trimmed green beans.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat EVOO and add butter and onion. Saute 3 min. Add broth and bring to boil. Add beans, season with salt and simmer in pan 8 min.
