White Chocolate Berry Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 5-6 squares Baker's White Chocolate (cut into chunks)
  • 1 1/2 cup berries (blue or partridgeberry)
  • Glaze
  • 3 square white chocolate
  • 3 tbsp orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Beat until creamy butter, eggs, brown and white sugar. Add orange juice flour and baking powder. Stir in choc chunks and berries.

Pour into well greased bunt pan

Bake 350 degrees F for 60 - 70 min

Glaze: Combine 3 sq of white choc with orange juice. Melt in microwave.
