Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Drain liquid from artichokes and then drain them on paper towels.
Mash the artichokes with fingers.
Mix all other ingredients and stir artichokes in.
Bake in greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until bubbly and light brown on top.
