Shrimp Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion, minced
  • 8 oz. Shrimp, shelled
  • 8 oz. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sherry
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Thin Spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet, saute onion until tender. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from skillet and mix next 3 ingredients, add liquids. Cook until thickened. Toss with shrimp and spaghetti. Turn into 1 1/2 qt. casserole, top with cheese (sprinkled generously on top). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
