Partridgeberry Pear Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups partridge berries
  • 4 lg ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 recipe pie pastry

Preparation

Step 1

Mix berries with all dry ingredients. Pour into pie pastry.

Dab with butter on filling.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 min.
