Ingredients
- 2 cups partridge berries
- 4 lg ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 recipe pie pastry
Preparation
Step 1
Mix berries with all dry ingredients. Pour into pie pastry.
Dab with butter on filling.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 min.
