Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 c white vinegar
- 1 head red cabbage - cut into 1/4 inch chunks
- Red Current jelly
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together butter, sugar, and vinegar in sauce pan.
Add cabbage.
Cook over low heat about 1 to 1/12 hours, covered, stirring occasionally.
When cabbage is tender, stir in a small jar of red current jelly (or to taste).
