Ingredients
- 2 (16-ounce) packages powdered sugar
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/4 block paraffin
Preparation
Step 1
Line baking sheets with wax paper.
In a large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, condensed milk, and butter. Stir in coconut and pecans. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheets, and chill for at least 2 hours.
In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate morsels and paraffin over simmering water.
Using a wooden pick or candy dipper, dip coconut balls into chocolate. Place on lined baking sheets to set. Store in an airtight container.
