STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

• 1 lbs mushrooms (approx 50) washed and stems removed
• 1 8 oz cream cheese (Philadelphia)
• 1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage, browned and drained.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sausage and cream cheese. Spoon into mushrooms. Bake @ 400° for 15 – 20 moinutes.

Best if served hot.
