- 1 Shallot
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 2 t Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t Honey
- salt & pepper
- 6 C Arugula
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and pour over arugula. Toss.
