Ingredients
- Fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz white or gold rum
- Ginger ale
Preparation
Step 1
Fill the bottoms of 2 tall glasses with about 1 inch of fresh blueberries. Add 1 tbsp brown sugar and 3/4 oz freshly-squeezed lemon juice to each glass. Crush mixture until the sugar dissolves, but avoid mashing berries into a pulp. Add crushed ice and rum to each glass. Top off with ginger ale and stir gently. Garnish with whole blueberries.
