Sweet Potato Casserole (Thanksgiving)

Ingredients

  • 6 Red Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes until tender; drain. Mash until creamy. Add eggs, butter, milk, cinnamon, and raisins. Pour into baking dish and place marshmallows on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot.
