Ingredients
- Dry Rub
- 2 tbs salt
- 2 tbs pepper
- 2 tbs dark br. sugar
- 2 tbs paprika
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 c. apple juice
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbs worsester
Preparation
Step 1
Combine rub and put on 4 lb shoulder pork roast. Combine wet ingredients and pour over roast. Cover with foil tightly and roast for approx 4 hours at 325.
