Ingredients
- 60 fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled and Deveined
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 5 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Peel shrimp and leave tail on. Devein and wash well. In a large bowl combine tequila, olive oil, cilantro, lime and lemon juice, salt and garlic. Add shrimp and chill for 1 hour. Pour all the ingredients on the bottom liner pan. On power level high cook for 13 minutes each side. Blend well. Serve with your favorite salsa.
