Ingredients
- 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/4 c light garlic and herbs spreadable cheese
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cook potatoes. Mash potatoes with potato masher. Add cheese and remaining ingredients and mash to desired consistency. 4 servings 117 calories
