Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 chopped avocado
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- a pinch of black pepper

Chop all the vegetables and add to Greek yogurt and season to taste.
