Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 chopped avocado
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • a pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Chop all the vegetables and add to Greek yogurt and season to taste.
