Shrimp Newburg

Ingredients

  • 12 - 12 shrimps
  • 2 - 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 - 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 - 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 - 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 - 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 - 1/4 cup sherry wine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Clean shrimp.
2. Melt butter, add flour, paprika, salt and pepper, blend together.
3. Add milk and cream gradually.
4. Add sherry.
5. In a separate pan, saute shrimp in butter.
6. Add to the sauce.
