Ingredients
- 12 - 12 shrimps
- 2 - 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 - 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 - 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup sherry wine
Preparation
Step 1
1. Clean shrimp.
2. Melt butter, add flour, paprika, salt and pepper, blend together.
3. Add milk and cream gradually.
4. Add sherry.
5. In a separate pan, saute shrimp in butter.
6. Add to the sauce.
