Italian Beef

Put this in the crock pot in the morning, and serve with cole slaw and potato chips for a quick, delicious meal!

Ingredients
- 1 small chuck roast
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 packages “Good Seasons” Italian Salad dressing mix
- 3-4 pepperoncini peppers (in a jar)
- 2-3 Tablespoons pepperoncini juice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in skillet. Combine meat with other ingredients in a crockpot. Cook in crock all day.
*I add 2-3 chopped cloves of garlic, slices of onion, and slices of green and sometimes red bell pepper as well.
