Ingredients
- 1/2 c coconut milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 6 tbsp flaked coconut, toasted
- minced fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Place chicken in a slow cooker. Pour coconut milk mixture over the top. Cook, uncovered, on low 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve with coconut and cilantro.
