Scalloped Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Margarine, Softened
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all in a large casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until brown around the edges. If center is soupy, just stir well before serving.
