Ingredients

• 1 Lb. Crab Meat
• 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
• 1 Egg
• ! Cup of Italian Bread Crumbs- Progresso is what I use
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together make into cakes
Fry in a little butter or margaroine
