Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons minced red onion
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, form into patties. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake on a nonstick cookie sheet until the pork is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
