Scalloped Potatoes

This is a recipe my Mother-in-law makes often. It is very easy and very good!

Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 cans of Milk
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Slice potatoes (skins on). Cut onion into thin strips. Put the potatoes in a baking dish. Put the onions on top.
Heat soup and milk in a pan on the top of the stove. Pour over the potatoes and onions.
Put slices of butter on top and add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 for one hour. Take the foil off the top and bake 30 minutes more.
