Apppetizer Balls, Sausage 'N Cheese

Ingredients

  • Dippin' Sauce:
  • 2 16 oz Regular or Hot fresh pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1-3/4 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In a very large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well with hands or a wooden spoon. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange meatballs on two ungreased 15 X 10 inch baking pans with edges. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Dippin' Sauce:
In small saucepan, combine dippin' sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
