Strawberry Refrigerator Cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 package Strawberry Supreme Cake mix
  • 20 ounces sweetened, sliced strawberries
  • 1 package (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 13 X 9 inch pan.
Cake:
Bake cake mix per box instructions. Poke holes 1 inch apart in top of cake. Puree strawberries and pour over cake allowing mixture to soak into holes.
Toppiing:
Prepare pudding mix per package instructions using 1 cup milk. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Spread over cake. Garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
