• 6 potatoes
• bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

peel and cut potatoes - boil 10 - 15 minutes
mash
add 1 egg and grated cheese
roll into ball shape - roll in bread crumbs
fry in oil until golden
