Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless beef round steak, cut 1 in thick
- 4 med sliced onions
- 4 4 1/2 jars whole mushrooms, drained
- 2 12 Oz jar beef gravy
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat and cut meat into 8 serving size pieces.
Place onions and mushrooms in slow cooker.
Add meat.
in a small bowl combine gravy and wine and pour over meat.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
