Ingredients
- 12 large plum tomatoes
- 1 sm red onion
- 2 banana peppers
- 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp grated lime rind
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
chop first 3 ingredients; stir together tomato mixture and next 4 ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
