Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) pkg shredded frozen potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz) carton of sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed cornflakes annd drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake, uncoverred, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
