Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion- chopped
- 1 garlic clove-minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1- 8 oz can mushrooms-save half of liquid
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
In skille, melt butter and add onion and garlic. Saute until tender. Add ground beef and brown slowly. Stir in flour and mushrooms with liquid. Add salt and pepper. Add soup and sour cream and simmer. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles
