Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Panko bread crumb
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 lb. Cod (2” pieces)
- 3 c. sunflower oil (conala oil)
Preparation
Step 1
For cod, mix dry ingredients and whisk in water. Heat oil in a sauce pot. Dredge fish in flour, then batter. Fry in oil for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
