Sneaky Fresh Fried Corn

Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained of all liquid
- 2 Tablespoons bacon grease
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat bacon grease in skillet (iron skillet works great)
2. Pour creamed corn and drained whole kernel corn in skillet and stir
to mix. Salt & pepper to taste.
3. When corn gets good and hot, reduce heat to low and cover with lid.
Simmer about 20 to 30 minutes, keep a check on it and stir to make
sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. Tastes like fresh
fried corn.
