Ingredients
- 1 tlbs oil
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen whole kernal corn, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1/2 cup Kraft 2% milk shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add corn and green onions; cook and stir 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover. Cook 20 seconds or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately
