Ingredients
- 6 thick slices country style bread/ toasted
- 1 large firm ripe pear thinly sliced
- 5 1/2 oz orgonzola
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1 T butter
- 4 tsp honey
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute pear slices in sugar & butter until caramelized.
Spread gorgonzola on bread. Top w/ pears.
Drizzle w/ honey and sprinkle w/ fresh pepper.
