Easy Baked Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 20 oz package of cheese tortellini
  • 26 oz can or jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup chopped or halved kalamata olives
  • 2 cans of artichoke hearts, halved or quartered
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 oven safe dish with PAM or other cooking spray.

In a pot of boiling water, cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain pasta. Mix cooked tortellini with sauce, olives, and artichokes and dump into oven safe dish. Top mixture with 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Serve it up!
