Sausage Rolls

  • 2 cans crescent sheets or rolls
  • 2 lbs sausage
  • 8 oz shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley flakes
  • Garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown sausage, drain on paper towel.

2. Unroll crescent rolls/sheets - pince rolls together, roll out on well floured surface to 15X15. 2 cans make 2 rolls.

3. Misx egg with sausage. Divide evenly between the 2 rolls. Spread over entire roll. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Add remaining ingredients on top.

4. Roll up like a jelly roll. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
