Wild Rice and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushooms -- sliced
  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 1 long-grain wild rice -- in a box
  • 1 medium onion -- minced
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1 1/3 cups chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

*Brown sausage and remove sausage from pan

*Saute mushrooms and onions in sausage grease

*Cook rice according to package

*Mix cream and chicken broth

*Drain Mushrooms and onions

*Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart cassarole

*Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
