Sage turkey thighs-slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 4 med carrots, halved
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup water, divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried sage, divided
  • 2 skinless turkey thighs or drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Combine carrots, onion, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp sage in slow cooker. Place turkey on top and sprinkle with remaining sage.
Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.
