- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard. Dash of pepper._
Preparation
Step 1
Spread tenderloin with 2 Tbs. Butter. Place on. rack in
Shallow baking pan. Bake uncover for 20 min. at 400.Meanwhile,
Cook green onion in 2 Tbs. Butter until tender. Add soy sauce,
Mustard and pepper Stir in sherry, heat just to boiling. Pour
Over tenderloin Bake 20-25. min.more for medium rare Baste
With sauce frequently.
